We'll cut through the noise, identify what’s really getting in your way, and find practical strategies that help you feel more confident and grounded in your everyday life. You don’t have to keep settling or feeling like you’re stuck in the same patterns—I’m ready to help you make the changes you’ve been longing for.

I’ll help you find your own way through this, reconnect with your strength, and discover what actually works for you and your family, even if this isn’t your first rodeo. My Therapy Approaches

My Background

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience in various healthcare and community settings. Currently, I serve as an OB-GYN social worker, where I support women through some of the most critical times in their lives. Previously, I have worked as a Medical ICU social worker, providing essential support to patients and their families during medical crises, and as a Community Support Individual, where I offered guidance and resources to individuals in need within the community.

At the core of my work is a simple yet profound passion for helping people. I find immense satisfaction in seeing individuals overcome obstacles, and being part of that journey makes me feel fulfilled and aligned with my purpose. Whether it’s providing emotional support, developing coping strategies, or offering practical resources, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Q&A with Christine

  • I work with Georgia & Florida residents, and my rates are as follows: Intake Sessions are $200 for 60 minutes, Individual Therapy sessions are $185 for 50 minutes, and $150 for 45 minutes. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation to help us determine if we’re a good fit before you commit. I accept insurance from Aetna and Cigna, so if you’re covered by one of these providers, therapy costs may be partially or fully covered by your plan. If you have a different insurance provider, I can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement.

    Good Faith Estimate

  • I focus on helping adolescent girls and women who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or trauma they can’t always put into words. I blend multiple therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs, so we can find what works best for you. I believe in building on your strengths and helping you find practical solutions that make sense in your everyday life.

  • I help you understand and challenge the negative thoughts and beliefs that keep you stuck in cycles of self-criticism or unhealthy behaviors. We’ll work on building healthier coping mechanisms and finding new ways to feel more at peace with yourself and your body. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and focused on helping you find a balance that feels right for you.

  • Absolutely! It’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed when you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, or trauma. We’ll start wherever you are and take it one step at a time. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make small changes that add up to meaningful progress.

  • Typically, we’ll meet once a week for a 50-minute session, but we can adjust this based on your needs and availability. Some clients prefer more frequent sessions initially, while others may feel comfortable with less frequent check-ins after some time. We’ll figure out what works best for you.

  • You can expect to feel more confident in understanding and managing your thoughts and feelings, build healthier relationships, and develop effective coping strategies for anxiety, stress, or trauma. The goal is for you to feel more at peace with yourself, more connected in your relationships, and more capable of handling life’s challenges.

  • Yes, I do. I understand that ADHD can impact many areas of life, from work and school to relationships. I use techniques that help you manage symptoms, build on your strengths, and find strategies that make daily tasks feel more manageable.

  • That’s perfectly fine. Many people come to therapy unsure of where to begin or what exactly they want to work on. We’ll spend some time exploring what’s going on in your life and identify areas where you’d like to see change. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll figure it out together.

  • The best way to find out is to schedule a consultation. We can talk about what you’re experiencing, what you’re looking for in therapy, and see if we’re a good fit. It’s important to feel comfortable with your therapist, and I’m here to answer any questions you might have.

  • Absolutely. Postpartum anxiety is more common than people think, and it can be so hard when you feel like you’re constantly second-guessing yourself. I’ll help you sort through the worries and unrealistic expectations, both from yourself and others, and find ways to feel more grounded and in control. We’ll talk openly about what you’re feeling, figure out what’s working, and find practical steps to make the tough days easier to manage.

    Get to the Root

Your therapy will likely start out with having sessions either weekly or biweekly. With your Therapist, you will get a better understanding of your presenting concerns and how they came about. Your therapist will also help you assess your level of coping and teach you additional strategies.

  • Do the Work

The bulk of your experience will be in doing the work, both in & out of sessions. You will work through implementing techniques to improve your mood and engagement in relationships in session, while completing tasks assigned by your therapist to further your progress.

  • Have Better Relationships

This is the point where you get to be #RelationshipGoals. You are having fewer therapy sessions and experiencing emotional healing from past relationship trauma. You are in a place where you are feeling more competent to handle whatever comes next.
