Check your insurance.
We currently have clinicians that accept Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Oscar, Oxford, & United Health Care.
While we don’t every take insurance, you may opt to use Out-of-Network Benefits to cover at least a portion of your therapy.
Not sure if you have Out-of-Network Benefits?
Call your insurance provider for more information OR fill out the form with your insurance information and we’ll be in touch shortly.
Out of Network Insurance
Out-of-network insurance benefits are a way for you to get some reimbursement from your insurance company when you see a therapist who isn’t in their network. Finding the right therapist can be tough, and we know how important it is to feel comfortable with the person you're working with. If you have out-of-network benefits and choose to work with one of PORT's fully licensed therapists, you may be able to get some money back for your therapy sessions. It’s easier than it sounds—you just pay for your sessions upfront, and we’ll provide you with a receipt (called a "superbill") to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. This way, you can prioritize finding the best fit for your needs while still using your insurance benefits.
To make things even easier for you, we've partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.
Mentaya is perfect if you:
• Have out-of-network benefits
• Feel overwhelmed by Superbills and insurance
• Have submitted Superbills but failed to get any reimbursement
• Simply want to skip the hassle of paperwork!
Here's how it works:
1. Sign up for Mentaya
2. Our practice will enter your sessions into the platform.
3. Mentaya submits the claim and handles any insurance follow-up.
4. You get reimbursed by insurance! Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim which our practice will cover. This includes handling any paperwork required, dealing with denials, and calling insurance companies.
Other Options for Payment
It is important to us that finances do not present a barrier to one receiving therapy. This is why we accept insurance, offer sliding scale service, facilitate groups, etc.
If you are needing your services at a reduced rate, one option is to sign up for a membership via Open Path. We have a few therapists that accept sliding scale based on the agreement we have with Open Path for their members.
Further, if you would like to work with one of our therapists but it is out of your budget, the Loveland Foundation has a therapy fund that provides vouchers you can use to cover the cost of your services.
Clinical Supervision
1:1 Supervision 60 mins | $115
One to one supervision will consist of pre-licensed clinicians having the undivided support and attention of their supervisor. This allows for more in depth case consultations, role plays, and license exam prep.
1:2 Supervision 90 mins | $75
This is our most popular modality of supervision. You get the best of both worlds by only sharing the supervision space with one other supervisee and being able to learn from the experiences that other supervisee brings.
Group Supervision 90 mins | $60
Our Group Supervision consists of 3-6 supervisees. Though you may have less time to talk, you will get to learn from an array of other supervisees and their experiences.
