Self-Love Sessions w/Serenity

Who are my Clients?

Healing looks different for all of us; and self-love and healing go hand in hand. When you truly love yourself, you want nothing but to heal so you can show up fully in your relationships, excel professionally, and love wholeheartedly & unconditionally. I want to help you achieve this. I will guide you so that you can stop rushing the process trying to fill a void and judging yourself the whole way.

I want my clients to know that they are human and evolving everyday. You’ve got to shed your old skin to be made anew, no matter how uncomfortable it is. You will heal sis, and do it unapologetically on your own time.

My clients often present with concerns pertaining to:

  • Constantly pouring to others, but struggling to pour into themselves

  • Feeling like they need to be “strong” all the time

  • Difficulties loving their bodies and feeling good enough as is

  • Constantly beating themselves up for not measuring up to unrealistic standards

  • Struggles with implementing self-care practices

  • Negative and unhelpful thinking patterns

  • Simply needing a space to be themselves

My Approach

  • Authenticity

When working with me, authenticity is not only encouraged but celebrated. I believe in the power of being true to yourself. Our sessions provide a refuge where you can shed the layers that you carry for others and embrace the freedom of genuine self-expression.

  • Breathe

Let go of the need to be strong all the time. Know that vulnerability is not a weakness but a source of strength. Take a deep breath, exhale the pressures of societal expectations, and allow yourself to experience the rejuvenation that comes from acknowledging your own needs.

  • Self-Reflection

Our sessions will serve as a mirror, reflecting back the beauty and strength that resides within you. Through guided self-reflection, we will explore your thoughts and feelings, fostering self-acceptance and understanding. This journey is about embracing every facet of yourself and finding peace in the process.
