Yoga Continues

We heard your feedback and will continue to offer online Yoga Therapy for BIPOC women. Only this time, sessions will be longer and generalized to you learning holistic ways to regulate your mood and proactively manage your overall mental wellness.

Join Serenity as she guides you through using spiritual & meditative practices to heal like breath work, yoga, journaling, and more.

Groups will be held every other Friday @ 1:30 for 90 minutes.

Serenity Quant, Master’s Level Intern

Yoga Therapy is different in that it is beyond the physical practice of yoga asanas. It will include activities and/or discussions that connect to clients “presenting problems” (e.g., journaling prompts, breathwork, healing homework)

Who This Group is For?

  • BIPOC Women

  • Ages 18+

  • Those seeking to connect with themselves on a deeper level and find community amongst likeminded women

  • Participation Guidlines

    Be open-minded, trust yourself, and listen to your body. Communicate any injuries or pregnancies so proper adjustments can be made
