I specialize in supporting adolescent girls and women who are experiencing stress and anxiety they aren’t always able to explain. Whether it stems from previous hurts and disappointments OR trauma like abuse, grief, domestic violence I will help you repair the essential relationship you have with yourself.
My clients often present with concerns pertaining to:
Struggles with maintaining friendships
Struggles at work and school
Feeling stuck in their feelings of anxiety and/or depression
Difficulties forming healthy connections due to past traumas
Self Esteem issues and settling for less than they deserve
Finding it hard to love/accept their body
Struggles with emotional eating as a ways of coping with stress
Adjusting to parenthood/postpartum
Managing painful emotions associated with grief and loss
Feeling tired of trying to live up to society’s standards and expectations.

Therapy (Georgia Residents Only)
Intake Sessions - $200/60 minutes
Individual Therapy - $185/50 minutes
Group Therapy - $75/90 minutes

Get to the Root
Your therapy will likely start out with having sessions either weekly or biweekly. With your Therapist, you will get a better understanding of your presenting concerns and how they came about. Your therapist will also help you assess your level of coping and teach you additional strategies.

Do the Work
The bulk of your experience will be in doing the work, both in & out of sessions. You will work through implementing techniques to improve your mood and engagement in relationships in session, while completing tasks assigned by your therapist to further your progress.

This is the point where you get to be #RelationshipGoals. You are having fewer therapy sessions and experiencing emotional healing from past relationship trauma. You are in a place where you are feeling more competent to handle whatever comes next.
